Lindsey is one of my oldest and dearest friends. She’s deeply curious and fiercely intelligent. I’ve learned so many invaluable lessons thanks to her wisdom and patience. She continuously helps me wake up to myself and I’m blessed to call her my friend.

Lindsey is the most authentic, creative, powerful, inspired, risk taking, beautiful woman I’ve ever had the experience of knowing.  Lindsey and Evolve are helping make people conscious of their subconscious emotions and ideas by bringing them to the surface and illuminating them.
In todays busy world most people don’t have the time to be fully conscious of what’s underneath their schedules, their subconscious is just kind of acting out and they’re not really conscious of what they’re doing all the time or why they’re doing it. It’s helpful to have some kind of mentor or guide to illuminate your unseen tendencies so that you can release them, and be freer and lighter.

For as long as I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Lindsey McKeon I have watched her unwavering quest for knowledge deepen through the years. Her continual sense of adventure is contagious. She is always working to understand the human experience more fully. She loves exploring new techniques and modalities that lead to a healthier and more mindful way of life. I trust her point of view on these things because I have actually watched her become healthier and happier throughout the years. She is strong. She is honest. She is sensitive and soft. She’s fearless. She loves to play. She has room for her friends when they are going through their own experiences. She is a warrior woman. She’s the type of friend I want to walk down life’s path with.

When I came to Lindsey in 2013, I was in period of transformation.  I did not know it then, but I was living behind a mask that projected strength, but I was full of fear and self-doubt.  Lindsey helped me to pull back the layers and get closer to the real me.  It was challenging work and it took courage from both of us.  Courage for her to venture into the underdeveloped places of my personality and push against them.  Courage for me to keep showing up to do the work.  They say when the student is ready, the teacher will appear.  Lindsey appeared at just the right time in my life and I am all the better for it!
