In todays busy world most people don’t have the time to be fully conscious of what’s underneath their schedules, their subconscious is just kind of acting out and they’re not really conscious of what they’re doing all the time or why they’re doing it. It’s helpful to have some kind of mentor or guide to illuminate your unseen tendencies so that you can release them, and be freer and lighter.

For as long as I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Lindsey McKeon I have watched her unwavering quest for knowledge deepen through the years. Her continual sense of adventure is contagious. She is always working to understand the human experience more fully. She loves exploring new techniques and modalities that lead to a healthier and more mindful way of life. I trust her point of view on these things because I have actually watched her become healthier and happier throughout the years. She is strong. She is honest. She is sensitive and soft. She’s fearless. She loves to play. She has room for her friends when they are going through their own experiences. She is a warrior woman. She’s the type of friend I want to walk down life’s path with.

Lindsey is kind, adventurous and fun. Through her blog she encourages us to be the best versions of ourselves. Her passion for spreading positivity, joy, spirituality, fitness, and giving back to the world around us is truly inspiring. She is also one of the nicest, most genuine people your will meet, and I’m extremely lucky to have her as a friend.
